Field Sales
Reps on the road. A rep walks a territory, books orders at shop doors and logs the calls that did not order, worked against a monthly target. Off for a factory that sells to its channel from the office with nobody on the road.
Switch: Settings > Field Sales > Field Team. Permissions: set on the team member itself (Add Team Member) — Field work, Office, Order for other reps, Manage targets, Manage the team — not in the ordinary Users list. A seat reads them at sign-in, so a changed territory needs a fresh login.
Where it appears
The rep and manager shells: Desk, Shops, Start Route, Team, Targets and the Daily Sales Report. A manufacturer or distributor gets the same screens as a Field Sales menu beside its own counter.

Screens
- Start Route - whose day and which stretch (area > route). A manager can key a rep’s round in for them.
- Order sheet - one shop’s order, priced exactly as the counter would price it, billed through the nearest channel tier above the shop.
- Team, Targets, Daily Sales Report - who works where, the monthly figure per rep or territory, and the paper DSR: shops down, product codes across.
Switching off. Targets and visits already logged stay on file and keep reporting; only the rep screens and the order-booking round go away, and they come back untouched if it is switched on again.
