Maintenance

A room taken off sale against a real fault ticket. Out of order is deliberately not a housekeeping status — it survives a clean, so a room under repair cannot reappear as sellable because somebody marked it tidy.

Switch: Settings > Hotel > Maintenance.

Where it appears

A Maintenance entry on the rail, a Raise a fault action on the room board, and a Maintenance Log report.

Flow

flowchart LR
    A[Fault noticed] --> B[Ticket raised]
    B --> C{Take the room off sale?}
    C -->|yes| D[(Out of order)]
    C -->|no| E[(Still sellable)]
    D --> F[Fixed] --> G[Back in service]
Raising a ticket and taking a room off sale are TWO decisions. A dripping tap is a ticket and the room still sells; a flooded bathroom is both.

Screens

Switching off. The rail entry and the ticket link go away. Rooms already off sale stay off sale — the switch does not put anything back on the market.
