Seasonal & Weekend Rates

A rate card in place of one rack rate. Season windows, a different weekend rate and an extra-person charge per room type, so a night in December does not price like a night in June.

Switch: Settings > Hotel > Tariff Plans.

Where it appears

Hotel shell: the masters entry reads Rooms & Rates rather than Rooms, and gains a Tariff Plans tab. Every stay prices its nights through the card.

Flow

The rate is resolved per night against the card and snapshotted onto the stay, so a later edit to the card never re-prices a guest already in house.

Screens

Switching off. Nothing is lost: the card stays on file and every stay already carries its own snapshotted rates. Only the season editor goes away, and a night then prices at the room type’s rack rate.
