Season Passes

Monthly or yearly passes for a plate. A pass holder's exits are free while the pass is valid; the booth shows the pass badge as soon as the plate is typed, and a pass can even be sold at the exit sheet to cover that very exit.

Switch: Settings > Parking > Season Passes. Permission: Issue Passes.

Where it appears

Parking shell: Passes in Navigation, Issue Pass in Quick Actions, Pass Holders in Directory. POS page: Parking > Passes. Reports: Pass Register, Renewals Due.

The pass price comes from the same rate card as the hourly slab, so one revision covers both.

Screens

Passes - active, expiring, expired and cancelled passes with holder, plate, validity and amount.
Issue Pass - the form above; the holder is a customer contact.
Exit sheet - offers "issue a pass" for a plate with none, then re-quotes the exit.

Switch it on, put the master behind it in place, then do the first one — in that order, or the first one will not have anything to pick.

Switching off with valid passes warns at save.
