Tiered Duration Pricing
Prices later hours differently from the first one. A long stay stops being billed at the opening block rate all day — after a set number of minutes the fee moves to a second block rate, and after another to a third.
Switch: Settings > Parking > Tiered Duration Pricing. Permissions: Manage Rates & Bays. Needs Timing Fare on — there are no duration blocks to tier without it.
Where it appears
Parking shell: Setup > Pricing Policy, and in the live simulation on the rate card.

Why it lives here and not on the rate card
The tiers are business-wide policy, not a per-vehicle-class slab. The rate card holds what each class costs; this holds how a long stay is treated, and it applies across every class. That is why moving a slab price never disturbs the tiers, and changing the tiers never repriced a slab.
Setting it up

Tiered Pricing on] --> B[Tier 2: after-minutes,
block length, amount]

if you need a third band]
C --> D[Check the rate card's

through the tiers]
Switching off loses nothing. A stay already priced through the tiers is not re-quoted — the amount and the rate that priced it are stamped on the session.
