Academy
Teach courses — bridal make-up, hair, nails, spa therapy. Students enrol on a course, attend its batches, pay in parts and get a certificate when they finish. For every beauty & wellness business: salon, beauty parlour or spa.
Switch: Settings > Salon > Academy. Off by default. Needs Memberships switched on — a course uses the same enrolment, dues and timetable screens.
Where it appears
An Academy menu in the salon shell — Students, Batches, Courses, Course Dues and the Academy reports — and an Enrol Student quick action.

Screens
- Courses - the course list: length, fee and a one-time registration fee.
- Students - every enrolment, Studying, Completed or all. Complete & Certificate records the grade and date and issues the certificate number once; a reprint keeps it.
- Batches - classes that belong to a course. Mark a class as a batch in its form, under Course batch of.
- Course Dues - fees still owed, collected like any other due.
- Reports - Enrolments, Course Fees, Batch Attendance, Completions & Certificates.
- Settings > Transaction Prefix - Course Certificate No Prefix.
Switching off. Hides the Academy menu. Students, courses and certificates stay in the database, and come back when it is switched on again.
