Appointment Book
The diary. Clients are booked into a slot, the day is laid out by time, and the front desk can see the gaps. Off leaves a walk-in-only counter, where a chair is busy now or it is free — which is exactly how a small barber shop runs.
Switch: Settings > Salon > Appointments.
Where it appears
Salon shell: Day Book and Appointments, and the New Appointment quick action. The dashboard reads who is next and what is still to come off the same rows.

Screens
- Day Book - today laid out by time. The screen the front desk lives on, because it shows the gaps a caller can be given.
- Appointments - the whole book, past and future, by status. Reschedule, cancel with a reason, mark a no-show, or send the client to the counter.
- Treatments - each carries its usual duration, which is what lets the day be laid out to scale.
Switching off. Warns at save when appointments are still booked — the settings page says how many. Switching off hides the book a client expected today is written in.
