Dashboard & Insights

The home page: today's sales, receipts and expenses as cards, a few insights that change with the day (best sellers, slow stock, dues coming up), stock chips for low and zero stock, an open-shift strip, and banners that need attention - a financial year about to end, an update available, the online store link. Dedicated trades have their own dashboard (gym, parking, cable, hospital, construction, workshop, finance, jewellery) with the same idea.

Cards and insights

• Money cards - tap to open the report behind the number.
• Insights - short observations computed from recent data; they rotate so the page stays useful day to day.
• Stock chips - counts of items below reorder, at zero, negative, or expiring soon; tap for the list.
• Banners - the financial year end reminder with a Contact button, an app update, and the online store address for the buyer app.
• Trade extras - a pharmacy sees expiry alerts; a jeweller sees the metal position and the rate board; an online seller sees pending web orders.

Settings & permissions

Money cards are hidden from users without view-reports permission; restricted users see the dashboard lower in the menu. Theme colour under Settings > Themes.
