Jewellery Reminders

Who to remind today, in one list, ready to send on WhatsApp or SMS. This is the jewellery part of the Reminder Centre, which works the same in every business.

Where: Orders & Repairs > Reminders. In the Orders & Repairs menu, below Orders and Repairs.

Lists you will see

• Schemes maturing - Savings scheme accounts that finish in the next few days, or have finished but are not yet redeemed, so the customer can come in to buy.
• Gold loan dues - Running or overdue gold loans whose interest or due date has come up.
• Scheme instalments - Savings scheme members whose monthly instalment is due or late.
• Orders ready - Made-to-order pieces ready to collect, with the balance left to pay.
• Repairs ready - Repairs that are done and waiting for the customer.

If the shop hires out jewellery, the hire lists appear here too.

At the top, rows are split into All to send, Due today, Overdue, Upcoming 7 days and Sent, each with its count. You can also filter by list or date, or search by name or phone.

How sending works

• Send one - every row has its own send button. The message is already written for you and shown on the row, so you see what the customer will read.
• Send many - tick the rows you want (or Select all) and choose WhatsApp, SMS or WhatsApp & SMS. Before anything goes, the app tells you how many messages will be sent and how many people have no phone number saved.
• SMS greyed out - if this phone or computer has no way to send SMS, the SMS choice is switched off, and WhatsApp & SMS warns that those reminders will go on WhatsApp only.
• Only real sends count - a row leaves the list only when the message actually went. If it failed, it stays so you can try again. What went today shows under Sent.
• Open the record - tap a row to open the order, member, loan or bill behind it.
