Log Files

SKS Market follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they use our app or visit our website. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. Data Retention

• Account information (name, email address, phone number, address): retained for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account or request deletion of your data, your account information will be deleted within 90 days.
• Order and transaction records: retained for as long as necessary to complete the transaction and provide customer support, and thereafter for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
• Communications and support messages: retained for up to 12 months after resolution of your inquiry, unless a longer period is required by law.
• Log files and usage data: retained for up to 90 days and then deleted or anonymized.

When personal information is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected, we securely delete or anonymize it. Data that has been anonymized (so that it can no longer be associated with you) may be retained for analytics purposes.

Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by submitting our Account Deletion Request form, or by contacting us using the contact information at the end of this policy. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except for information we are legally required to retain (such as transaction records kept for tax and accounting purposes), which will be deleted once the applicable legal retention period expires.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and Web Beacons

Like any other website, SKS Market uses "cookies". These cookies are used to store information including visitors' preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accessed or visited. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information.
