Book by Stylist

A booking held against a named person rather than against the salon, and a column each on the day view. For a shop where clients ask for someone by name.

Switch: Settings > Salon > Stylist Booking.

Salon shell: the stylist field on the appointment form, and a column per person on Day Book. Needs the Appointment Book.

Booking the chair rather than the shop is what makes the day view answer "when is she free".

Screens

Appointment form - the stylist picker, alongside the treatments and the time.
Day Book - one column per stylist, so a double-booking is visible rather than arithmetic.

Switching off. A booking already made keeps the stylist it was held for; only the per-person column on the day view goes away, and it comes back untouched if it is switched on again.
